ingredients plum 1/2 kg sugar 350 gms or ( 250 gms for less sweet) boiled and cooled water 1 1/2 cup yeast 1/8 teaspoon

Method Wash, stem, and pit the plums. Put the plums and sugar in a jar and crush ,add the yeast and boiled and cooled water . Cover the jar with lid and cloth tightly. Store it in a dark place.The next day onwards start stirring it with a wooden spoon until 9 days (try to stir the same time every day) On the 10th day strain the wine. keep this wine in the cleaned same jar, cover the jar tightly with the lid, and cloth, again store this in a dark place (inside the kitchen cupboard) allow to ferment for two weeks (14 days). After two weeks strain the wine. Bottle the plum wine in a glass bottle. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
