- White rice 200 gms
- Black raisins 50 gms
- Sugar 375 gms ( for less sweet) to 400 gms
- Boiled and cooled water 1 lit
- Yeast 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon 1/2
- Method
- In a glass bottle or barani put all ingredients mix well. Cover and keep in a dark place (cupboard) next day onwards stir every alternative day till 20 th day.On the 21st day strain the wine. Keep this wine in the cleaned same bottle cover the bottle with lid and again store in a dark place for two days.After two days bottle the rice and raisins wine.
