•  black raisins 1/2 kg (seedless)
•  sugar 10 tablespoons 
• yeast 3/4 teaspoon 
•  boiled and cooled water 1 1/4 lit
•  lemon 1/2
•  cloves 12
•  cinnamon 1 piece

•  Wash the black raisins 2 to 3 times in tap water. In a blender put the dry grapes and 750 ml of water from boiled and cooled.blend for 10 to 15 seconds. (just crush the dry grapes) transfer this into a glass jar or bharani. Add remaining 1/2 litre water to this raisins.Add cloves,cinnamon lemon pieces yeast and sugar.mix everything very well. Cover the jar with lid and cloth tightly. Store it in a dark place.The next day onwards start stirring it with a wooden spoon until 9 days (try to stir the same time every day)(The raisins start to float) On the 10th day strain, the wine. (taste the wine and check if you need to add more sugar. 3or4 tablespoons sugar you can add according to your taste.After adding sugar stir well).Bottle the wine.You can start to drink the wine on the 10 th day itself.The longer the wine ages, the better it tastes .
