Eggless orange cup cake
These cup cakes are very soft ,spongy and not too sweet
Ingredients
Maida 1 1/2 cup
Baking powder 1 1/2 tea spoon
Bicarbonate of soda 1/2 teaspoon
Fresh orange juice 3/4 cup
Orange zest 1 teaspoon
Orange essence 3/4 teaspoon
Orange drink powder 2 table spoon
Sunflower oil 1/3 cup
Sugar 1/4 cup +2 table spoon
Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon
Method
Preheat oven at 180 degree C .Sieve maida with baking powder and sodabicarb. In a big bowl beat together oil,sugar.orange juice ,orange drink powder and orange zest for 5 minutes. Add the sieved dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and beat untill get a smoothbatter.Do not over beat. Finally add the orange and vanilla essence n mix well..Pour this batter in cupcake moulds and bake in a preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes

Ingredients
All purpose flour -150 gm
Margarine /butter -120 gm
Sugar powder -80 gm
Baking powder -1/4 tea spoon
Vanilla essence - 3/4 tea spoon
Egg beaten -2 table spoon
Oats -1/2 c
Oats -1/2 c
Cherries - 8 or 10 nos
Method
Preheat the oven at 180 degree C. Sieve all purpose flour with baking powder.Beat margarine/ butter with sugar powder until light and fluffy.add beaten egg and vanilla essence .Beat for 1 minitue.now add the sieved ingredients to the batter, mix well.Make equal size of balls and roll them in oats and arrange on a lined tray.Fatten slightly on top of each ball and keep small piece of cherry on top .Bake for 20 to 25 min or it gets golden colour on sides
